- Name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Event details such as date, city, venue, guest count and budget range.
- Any files or references you share with us for planning purposes.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To coordinate with venues and vendors engaged for your event.
- To send booking confirmations, invoices and event updates.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your guest list or personal details with anyone outside the vendors required to deliver your event.
WhatsApp and phone communication
When you submit an enquiry through our website, your details may be sent to us over WhatsApp so a planner can respond quickly. WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply to that channel.
Retention
Enquiry and booking records are retained for as long as needed for service, accounting and statutory compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use basic analytics to understand page traffic. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
