Service Delivery Policy

MyEventBazaar is a service-based event management and event planning business, operated by FINBAZAAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website.

Our service process

1. Customer submits an event enquiry through the website, phone, WhatsApp or email.
2. Our team discusses the customer's requirements in detail.
3. An itemised quotation is prepared and shared.
4. Customer confirms the selected service(s).
5. The applicable booking amount/advance is paid.
6. A booking confirmation with a Booking ID is provided.
7. Event planning and coordination begins.
8. Services are delivered on the agreed event date, venue and schedule.

No physical shipping

No physical product is shipped to customers. Event management services are delivered at the agreed venue/date or through digital communication where applicable.

What "delivery" means for our services

• On receipt of the confirmation advance, your date and vendors are blocked and a written scope, itemised quote and planning schedule are shared within 2 working days.
• Planning, vendor coordination and site visits are delivered on the timeline agreed in that schedule, up to and including your event date.
• On-ground execution (decor, stage, sound, catering, staffing, entertainment) is delivered at the confirmed venue on the confirmed event date and time.
• Digital deliverables such as payment receipts and booking confirmations are issued immediately in your account. Design mock-ups and run sheets are shared digitally as per the agreed planning schedule.

Delays

Service timelines may extend due to force majeure, venue or government restrictions, weather events, or delayed approvals and inputs from the customer's side. We will inform you in writing of any revised timeline.
