1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website myeventbazaar.online and all event management and event planning services provided by FINBAZAAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand names "EventBazaar India" and "MyEventBazaar" ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By using this website, submitting an event enquiry, confirming a booking or paying an advance, you ("the Customer") accept these Terms in full.

2. About MyEventBazaar

MyEventBazaar is an event management and event planning service business operated by FINBAZAAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at No. 52, DG Complex, 3rd Floor, Tamil Sangam Road, Near Janakiram Hotel, Simmakkal, Madurai – 625001, Tamil Nadu, India. We are not an online marketplace and we do not sell or ship physical products through this website.

3. Nature of Services

We provide event management and event planning services, which may include, depending on the confirmed scope: wedding planning, engagement events, corporate events, birthday & private events, college events, product launches, event decoration, stage, sound & lighting, DJ & entertainment, photography & videography, catering coordination, artist management, venue coordination and event staffing. The exact services for any event are limited to those listed in the written quotation or work order accepted by the Customer.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to register on this website, submit a booking or make a payment.

5. Event Enquiry

The customer journey begins when you submit an event enquiry through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email, describing your event date, location, guest count and service requirements. An enquiry is not a booking and creates no obligation on either party.

6. Quotation

After discussing your requirements, we prepare an itemised quotation describing the proposed scope of services, pricing and payment schedule. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and may be revised if requirements, dates, venues or vendor costs change.

7. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed, and an event date is blocked, only after (a) you accept the quotation and (b) we receive the confirmation advance stated in the quotation. Until both occur, dates remain open to other customers. On confirmation we issue a booking reference (Booking ID).

8. Service Scope

The services we deliver are limited to those listed in the written quotation or work order accepted by you. Anything added later is treated as a change request and may affect price, staffing and timelines.

9. Pricing

Pricing depends on guest count, venue, decor scale, vendor mix and event duration. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees. Taxes are charged as applicable under Indian law.

10. Payment Terms

• Confirmation advance at the time of booking.
• Interim milestone payments as scheduled in the quotation.
• Balance payable before the event start unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments made through this website are processed by an authorised payment gateway. We do not store your card credentials.

11. Event Date Changes

A request to change the event date is treated as a postponement and is subject to crew, venue and vendor availability. A single postponement may be permitted without cancellation charges if requested at least 30 days before the event and the new date is within six months. Any price difference or vendor rescheduling charge is payable by you.

12. Customer Cancellation

You may cancel a booking by written request to finbazaarinfo@gmail.com or by calling +91 9442846068. Cancellation charges apply based on the timing of the cancellation and the vendor and venue commitments already made, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility, review timelines and processing are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Service Delivery

Our services are delivered at the agreed venue on the agreed event date and schedule, and through digital communication where applicable. No physical product is shipped. Please refer to our Service Delivery Policy for details.

15. Third-Party Vendors

Where we engage venues, caterers, artists, photographers or equipment suppliers on your behalf, their own terms, timings and house rules also apply. We coordinate and supervise these vendors but are not liable for their independent acts beyond our reasonable control. Amounts already committed to third-party vendors on your behalf are non-refundable once paid to the respective vendor.

16. Venue Coordination

Where the venue is arranged by you, you are responsible for venue access, power, permissions and compliance with the venue's rules. Where we arrange the venue, the venue's own terms apply in addition to these Terms.

17. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event dates, guest counts, timings and contact persons.
• Obtain venue access, power and permissions where the venue is arranged by you.
• Approve decor, menu and programme drafts within the timelines we share.
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our control, including weather, government orders, strikes, power failure, civil unrest or restrictions on public gatherings. In such cases we will first make reasonable efforts to reschedule; amounts already committed to vendors are carried forward to the new date rather than refunded.

19. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, images and logos, is the property of FINBAZAAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. We may photograph our own setups for portfolio use; if you prefer that no images from your event are published, inform us in writing before the event date and we will comply.

20. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the service fee received by us for that event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

21. Website Usage

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information. Website content is provided for general information and does not itself constitute a quotation or booking.

22. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

23. Complaints and Grievances

Complaints regarding bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations, service delivery, this website or privacy may be raised as described in our Grievance Redressal page.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
