These terms apply to holiday packages and travel assistance services offered by EventBazaar India, a brand of FINBAZAAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. They supplement our Terms & Conditions. EventBazaar India plans and coordinates travel with independent hotels, transport providers and local partners; we are not an airline, hotel or transport operator.
1. Booking terms
- Package availability is subject to confirmation.
- Prices may change based on availability and travel dates.
- The customer must provide accurate passenger information (names as per ID / passport, ages, contact details).
- Hotel category is subject to availability; an equivalent hotel may be offered.
- Transportation availability may vary.
- Additional charges may apply for optional services.
- The final itinerary will be confirmed in writing before booking.
- Prices shown on the website are indicative. A booking is confirmed only after the customer approves the final quotation and the required payment is received.
2. Payments
The payment schedule (advance and balance) is stated in the final quotation. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store card details.
3. Cancellation & refund
Cancellation and refund amounts depend on the specific package, hotels, transport providers and the terms of the suppliers involved, and on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. Some components (for example, flight tickets, peak-season hotel rooms or non-refundable rates) may be fully non-refundable once booked. The applicable cancellation terms are shared in writing with your final quotation before payment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the amount is received back from suppliers. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Changes
Requests to change dates, travellers or hotels are subject to availability and any difference in cost. Itineraries may change due to weather, natural events, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for valid ID, passports, visas and health requirements. We can assist with visa and travel insurance guidance, but approval is at the discretion of the respective authorities and insurers.
